They do a free annual service call to measure the operational efficiency and to make sure everything is working as expected. During this service call they also opened up the unit in our condo to make sure everything looked normal. The person that did the check up was a military veteran, which was nice to see. On the original install in 2018 we got several bids and Safari gave us the best price and the fastest service I have seen on installing a new a/c unit (which was less than 3 days from the time I called), The old unit was 16 years old and had quit working and needed replacement. On the install they used a solution to kill off any residual mold from the old unit. I highly recommend Safari. read less

RJ called within the scheduled time window, indicating his arrival within 15 to perform the scheduled maintenance. He performed the scheduled service items with skill and expertise, and the charge for exchanging the UV light was way below all of the other quotes I had obtained! - He recommended the addition of a "Hard Start Assist", and I accepted the recommendation, along with a recommendation of putting a surge protector at the electric panel level. While I spent way more than anticipated, there was at no point any pressure or "hard sale" tactics in play. RJ suggested additional parts, including the maintenance program, which I accepted. - All in all a pleasant experience, and I can recommend Safari and RJ to anyone reading this!Peter read less

When they came back to clean all the duct work I let them be and they were fine with that also. Initially, as the job was finished,it still seemed like dust was coming out of the vents when the system came on. We were told this would stabilize after a few hours. This is true for virtually all of the house except one rear bedroom. Not sure if this room needs to be re-done. Otherwise, a whole lot better than before the ducts and vents were cleaned. read less

Rob came to give a FREE estimate and thoroughly examined the whole system insisting that I watched so he could explain the problems to me. Deemed the old system a high electrical danger and asked to shut it down which I did but had the courtesy to call the next day to make sure that I was OK despite the torrid heat . Agreed to service on Friday and on Sunday he and Rob installed the new unit in under two hours! By the afternoon I was sitting in comfort again. Thanks guys. read less
